After moving his family back to his hometown to be with his friends and their kids, Lenny finds out that between old bullies, new bullies, schizo bus drivers, drunk cops on skis, and 400 costumed party crashers sometimes crazy follows you.
I am aware that some people liked Grown Ups (2010), i myself did not but i do see people enjoying it as a family movie but it didn't do it for me. Did it deserve a sequel? NO.
The problem here is not simply that Grown Ups 2 is not funny at all, it thinks it is. It even gives you a few moments for you to laugh but it's not funny. Adam Sandler used to have good sense of humor, now, he uses that reputation to sell movie tickets and he does, people can't see how bad some of his movies are, Jack and Jill is awful.
If you are reading this review and you are a Sandler fan i want you to know i liked some of his movies back in the day. The time for Adam Sandler movies is gone, so is funny Adam Sandler. Chris Rock however, he is funny, he is a good actor but these kind of movies he does with his friends just aren't helping him.
Another problem with this movie is that it is PG-13 meaning kids (the only ones who will be attracted to this movie) won't see it because Adam Sandler thinks he is too good for them. This movie can actually be seen as unwatchable.
David Spade and Kevin James have no good jokes, they try. I checked my clock a LOT, i was bored constantly slapping my face and i almost didn't watch this because i could see from the trailer that it would be bad but i thought you guys needed to know.
How many times i laughed? None, i kind of chuckled once.
So overall
"Grown Ups 2 is the perfect kind of movie for people who enjoy piss humor. If you really thought this would be good you need to "GROW UP" you self"
4/10 (Painfuly awful)
